What are your courier fees?

We use The Courier Guy for shipping. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Our Courier Fee’s for door to door delivery are R125. Courier fee’s may be more depending on the size of the parcel/items that you have ordered. 

Will I be able to collect?

We allow customers to collect some parcels at Kingswood Golf Estate, George, Western Cape. Depending on stock availability.

How long will it take until my order arrives?

Our shipping usually takes between 2-3 working days. Outlaying areas may take a few days longer.

Where do we ship to?

Baby & Bear currently ships to anywhere in South Africa.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will let you know via WhatsApp or email as soon as your order has been shipped. We use The Courier Guy to send your parcel to you. You can track your order on The Courier Guy’s website using the link that we will provide.
